Statement of Faith
Person of Jesus
We believe:
- In one God existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
- Jesus Christ is the divine, eternal and only begotten Son of God.
- Jesus physically rose from the dead and has ascended to the right hand
of the Father.
- Jesus was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin and lived a
sinless life.
The Holy Spirit
We believe:
- He was sent forth from the Father to convict the world of sin, of
righteousness and of judgment.
- He indwells, regenerates, sanctifies, instructs and comforts the saints.
Salvation
We believe:
- Jesus lived a sinless life and, in death, as a spotless lamb, atoned for
the sins of the world.
- Our salvation comes by grace through faith in God, not by doing good
works. The Lord commissioned the church to proclaim to a lost and sinful
world that:
- He, Jesus Christ, is the Son of God, Who suffered and rose again
from the dead on the third day.
- Forgiveness of sins is available to all who put their faith in Him.
The Bible
We believe:
- The Bible is God's Word. In its original tongue it is without error, and
therefore is our final authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
Church Unity
We believe:
-
The above doctrines are essential. While we may have opinions on many
other doctrines, Christians do not please God when they cause
division in the church over non-essential doctrine or denominational
differences.
- This website is a nondenominational Christian ministry.
