Welcome to our Website

We offer comprehensive teaching on a variety of Bible topics. These are perilous times in which we live. It is imperative that Christians equip themselves to understand and trust the Scriptures. In them, we find all that we need for life and godliness. Whether you are a Bible scholar or a new believer, come and study with us.

Some studies you will find on this site:

Does the Bible Teach a Pretribulation Rapture?

We are entering a critical time in history. Jesus said:

Take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with [...] cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. - Luke 21:34-35

If the pretribulation rapture is true, then many end time Scriptures do not apply to us. But if the Bible does not teach a pretribulation rapture, then when we enter the most important time in modern history, many in the church will be completely unprepared. In this study, we will look at the Scriptures used to teach a pretrib rapture. I hope that reading these passages in context will help you to prepare.

Raising Children to Stay in the Faith

Is teenage rebellion inevitable, or is it one of the serpent's lies? In this study I share how my wife and I overcame contemporary belief and applied Biblical truths to successfully raise seven children.

What Does the Bible Teach About Eternal Security?

A few years ago, a Baptist youth pastor was lamenting that as soon as adolescents turn eighteen years old, they leave the church. Since I came to the Lord in 1978, I have seen many who were once on fire for the Lord leave the faith.

Does the Bible teach eternal security, or does God expect us to persevere? Can you be saved by grace, without believing in eternal security? Looking at over 150 verses of scripture, including those passages used to teach eternal security, this study will show that Jesus and the apostles warned us that we must endure to the end if we wish to be saved.

Controversial Website?

Maybe, but Jesus was a controversial person.

Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
- Matthew 10:34

I have written studies over the years in order to help Christians grow, not to make myself feel good. And, while some studies are controversial, I believe that the Bible is my final authority. With this in mind, I back my positions with the Scripture. Also, I do not pick controversial topics simply for the sake of being controversial; rather, I choose to discuss those doctrines that have far reaching effects for those who are on the narrow path.

Many churches do not allow for growth. Some denominatins will never allow their doctrines to be questioned. If you have not allowed your doctrine to be questioned, how will you stand before the Lord and say that you have kept Paul’s admonition?

Prove all things; hold fast that which is good. - 1 Thessalonians 5:21

AND

Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. - 2 Timothy 2:15

I offer Christians who hold a different view the opportunity to post their studies on this website. While I do reserve my right to make comments, I will try to be teachable and will keep my comments on any different views limited to pointing out:

  1. The lack of scriptural support for a position (if there is any).
  2. Misquoted verses used to support a doctrine (so be careful).
  3. The selective quoting of scripture (only looking at half of the Scriptures on a topic).

He that is first in his own cause seemeth just; but his neighbor cometh and searcheth him.
- Proverbs 18:17

So let us study the difficult passages together, and let us all grow in the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.
